Happy Fall! Before we realized, we are transitioning into the Fall season.  The weather suddenly got cold, and make sure you cover your occipital head and back of your neck to avoid catching a cold in Fall and Winter. The Fall seasons are usually very dry, so it is a good time to have pears, and have honey to keep your throat and lungs moist.  

For the ones who often have cold hands and feet, it is good to start drinking boiled dried-ginger water with honey in the morning, which will keep you warm and prevent you from catching a cold.  

The holiday season is coming. One of the best gifts for our loved ones is to get them a gift-certificates of any form of wellness sessions. I have gift certificates of $50, $100, and $150 available for acupuncture sessions, which can be valid till May 2020.
