MEDICAL QIGONG & ENERGY HEALING
A gentle whole-person approach for stress, emotional burden, and recovery
Dr. Haizhen Yang integrates Medical Qigong, Reiki, and advanced energy-healing training to offer calm, individualized support for people seeking deeper physical, emotional, and energetic balance.
Rooted in decades of practice
Dr. Yang began learning Medical Qigong at age 12 and later continued advanced study in multiple healing traditions.
DR. YANG’S BACKGROUND
A lifelong path of energy medicine and healing practice
Dr. Haizhen Yang began studying Medical Qigong at the age of 12. What started as an early foundation in energetic cultivation later developed into a broader clinical and spiritual healing practice.
In adulthood, she obtained Reiki Master certification and advanced training in Metatronic Energy Healing. She also continued her study of Medical Qigong within a Daoist medical framework, including training with Daoist priest and Chinese medicine teacher Jeffrey Yuen.
Today, she brings these traditions together in a quiet, individualized approach that is intended to support the whole person rather than focus only on a single symptom.
Energy healing sessions are designed to create a supportive space for regulation, grounding, emotional processing, and reconnection with the body.
Medical Qigong
A traditional energetic practice used to support balance, awareness, and the body’s natural capacity for regulation.
Reiki
A gentle hands-on or hands-off energy practice often used to encourage relaxation and a sense of calm.
Advanced Metatronic Energy Healing
An additional energetic modality incorporated when appropriate within Dr. Yang’s broader healing approach.
Daoist medical perspective
Sessions may also be informed by Dr. Yang’s study of Daoist physiology and Medical Qigong.
WHO MAY FIND THIS SUPPORTIVE
For people carrying stress that is difficult to put into words
Some people seek energy-based care when they feel emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected, chronically stressed, or affected by difficult life experiences. Sessions may be especially appealing to those who want a gentle, nonverbal form of support alongside conventional medical or mental-health care.
1. Traumatic life experiences
For individuals who feel that past experiences continue to affect their sense of safety, grounding, or emotional well-being.
2. Emotional stress and overwhelm
For periods of intense stress, emotional exhaustion, grief, or difficulty settling the mind and body.
3. Low mood and depletion
For people experiencing low mood, fatigue, or a sense of emotional heaviness who want complementary supportive care.
WHAT A SESSION IS LIKE
Gentle, quiet, and individualized
1. Brief conversation
The session begins with a discussion of what you are experiencing and what you hope to receive from the visit.
2. Energetic assessment
Dr. Yang may observe your overall state, breathing, tension, emotional tone, and other cues within her energetic framework.
3. Healing session
Depending on your needs, the session may draw from Medical Qigong, Reiki, or other energy-healing methods in a calm setting.
4. Integration
Time is allowed afterward for grounding, reflection, and discussion of what may be helpful going forward.
A COMPLEMENTARY APPROACH
Supportive care, not a replacement for treatment
Medical Qigong and energy healing are offered as complementary wellness services. They are not intended to diagnose or cure psychiatric or medical conditions, and they should not replace appropriate care from a physician, psychotherapist, psychiatrist, or other licensed healthcare professional.
For people with a history of trauma, depression, anxiety, or significant emotional distress, energy healing may be used alongside established mental-health treatment when appropriate.
In-person or remote sessions
Depending on your location and needs, sessions may be offered in person or remotely. Remote sessions are designed for clients who prefer to receive support from home.
