Coronavirus Prevention

In referencing to the clinical guidance published by Chinese governments and the guidance by New York Governments,  I would like to share some notes with everyone to have a better prevention of the infection. in addition, according to the clinical feedback in China, the herbal medicine treatments have been effective for coronavirus infection.

Main clinical symptoms or signs:

it starts with whole body soreness, fatigue, chest pressure/tightness/shortness of breath, head disconfirm (pressure like,  not exactly headache), cough with no mucus (or little mucus),  sense of feverish (not everyone manifest fever).

few patients may experience stuffy nose, running nose, sore throat.

For severe conditions, symptoms and signs could develop into difficulty breathing, hypoxemia.

For the most severe case, it could cause complications of breathing difficulty and sepsis.

If you notice these symptoms, please start wearing a mask,  visit your doctor or hospital immediately to be ruled out for coronavirus infection and get started on antiviral medication, and you could get herbal supplements from me or another herbalist.

It is highly recommended to start taking herbal medicine as soon as you notice any early hallmark symptoms: fatigue, chest pressure, head disconfirm, slightly cough to prevent further progression of the condition.

Symptoms could be manifested differently in different people. That’s why herbal medicine will need to be customized for each individual.

Coronavirus is an airborne virus.

Prevention:

-wear gloves outside of your home

If you have traveled recently (especially from Asian countries), please stay at home for at least 14 days

- Hand washes frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds (or alcohol based hand sanitizer)

– Avoid touching your eyes, nose and outh with unwashed hands

– Avoid close contact with people who are sick

– Avoid social gatherings

– Stay at home when you are sick

– Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue

– Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces, like your cell phone

– keep yourself warm because this virus doesn’t like heat or above 56 degree

– boost your immune system. Take the airborne immune system boost Vitamin C

– Take proteases (Enzyme Research products) – which could prevent the virus to hijack your host cells to be activated within our body. (https://enzymeresearchproducts.com/

– if you have symptoms regardless it is coronavirus or other flu,  please wear a mask even at home

– use chlorine to clean home for disinfection

Best wishes to all of us and our families and lets stay healthy and safe!
