Things Happens for Reasons - part 2
Yesterday, it felt like I was tested for surrendering and acceptance in life. I tried to upgrade my phone. Somehow my phone number was swapped with someone else’s account. So the other person started getting all of my texts and voice messages. He contacted the store to find out what was going on, that’s how we found out the issue. Then they were having trouble to migrate everything from my old phone to the new phone. So I spent five hours in their store from 5pm to 10pm. At the end of the day, I couldn’t think of what the lesson behind it that God wanted me to learn from this incidence. Thankfully, all parties involved were not upset or stressed. We worked as a team and got things resolved. There were no blames nor complains.
I am thankful to a comment from an old friend who nicely clarified what I said about “what our heart desires” in yesterday’s post: “There is a difference between the desire of what we “want”, and that which we want so that we are attached to the wanting. We need to be open to the flowing with the world and accepting what is good for us, and for the greater good.”
The way he described was what I meant to say. Thanks a lot to him and all of your support and trust. Please feel free to send me your comments and feedback.
